Its a Beautifull and Peaceful Morning in Bay area!

Now, Waking early is one of my favorite things in the world. The morning is quiet as the world hasn’t begun stirring, the perfect time for meditation, writing, exercise and some quiet reading.

I’ve learned a thing or two about how to change your wake-up time with a successful techniques in my many experimentations.


Waking early can give you an hour or three of extra time for focus and creativity. While you could do those things later in the day, .

You can’t just change your life with the flip of a calendar. It takes hard work over a sustained period of time with a good plan to make a change. This is just as true when it comes to make a change and see positive results.

In the process, you will make some mistakes. But as you keep up with it, just as with a language, you will become more and more fluent. Every mistake you make simply makes you smarter.

Give yourself permission to immediately walk away from anything that gives you bad vibes. There is no need to explain or make sense of it. Just trust what you feel.

Take action: .It is in action when we will get a breakthrough, not thinking about doing it. Take action without blocking you for the result.

Do it because you want to: Not because the System, friends or family want it. Do not try to please the Judge of your mind.

Be yourself:. The only time you really are yourself is when you give your maximum potential. When you are not giving your best, you deprive yourself of being yourself.
